Our team has supported clients in the Department of Defense (DoD), several Department of Homeland Security (DHS) organizations, many civilian agency organizations serving the law enforcement, financial, cybersecurity, transportation, and other areas, as well as a national railroad company and other commercial entities.

Here are just a few examples of the many results delivered for our customers:

  • We supported the recruitment of 10,000+ candidates annually for an agency with geographically dispersed locations across the US, including numerous ‘hard to fill’ remote areas or locations where the cost of living exceeded the affordability of a candidate for the position being filled.
  • CEC led several surge hiring periods for mission critical staff. Our team performed the strategic recruitment planning and execution of the marketing, advertising, social media, community outreach and other “on the ground” strategies needed to successfully source, attract, recruit, and hire for several job areas for our client.
  • We supported one law enforcement agency, executing surge hiring for law enforcement positions. One of the biggest pain points for the organization was the time to hire, which averaged 300 days, due to their multiple hurdle hiring process and security and background requirements. Over the 16 months of our support, the CEC team helped the agency to reduce the time to hire to 90 days.
  • We provided a team of HR resources including Hiring Specialists, Recruiters, Market Research Analysts, and I/O Psychologists for a DHS agency focused on cybersecurity. Our recruiters successfully executed the 60-day cyber workforce “sprint” to source and recruit cybersecurity professionals, resulting in over 50 tentative job offers.
