Internal Revenue Service:
The C Evans Consulting team provides the IRS with recruitment and staffing support, posts job opportunities, performs qualification review, screens applications, and selects candidates. The result: Our high-volume hiring support helped to clear the IRS’ backlog of hiring actions and fill up to 50,000 positions.
Transportation Security Administration:
C Evans provides HR specialists and HR assistants for the TSA to perform recruitment and staffing services for MAP roles across 450 field airport locations. The result: In the first 14 months, our HR specialists issued more than 300 certificates following the review of more than 8,000 candidates. They also conducted a quality assurance review of more than 6,000 candidates for the issuance of 200 certificates.
We provided the FY19 Census Strategic Recruitment and Sourcing Plan. The results: We helped the Census build a talent pipeline targeting mission-critical occupations, specific field occupations, and underrepresented employee groups.
